and implementation of the facilities and equipment needed to support different technical solutions, tools and services of the End-of-life management of DSRS for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) the US.
Mobile Conditioning and Staging Facility (MCSF) - VIN MODE is involved in designing, prototyping, and implementing a mobile facility to condition and package the DSRS ready for transport, long-term storage or disposal. Shielded Transfer Cask (STC) – We are overseeing the design of a STC to move the containerized DSRS into storage. Silo Storage System (S3) – VIN MODE provides consulting services in developing the design for the S3, placing the containerized DSRS into long-term safe and secure storage.
